Our Story
Atlantis Educational Center was founded by Diana Cowan, RN, a passionate nurse educator dedicated to helping others succeed in their nursing journey. After years in clinical practice and academic leadership,
Diana saw a need for Florida Board–approved programs that not only meet state requirements but also prepare students for real-world nursing success.
Today, Atlantis serves students across the U.S. and internationally with:

Diana Cowan, RN, founded Atlantis Educational Center with one mission — to help nurses overcome barriers, achieve licensure, and build confidence through compassionate, high-quality education.
With 17+ years of experience in nursing practice, leadership, and academic instruction, Diana has mentored thousands of students and healthcare professionals. Her expertise spans NCLEX remediation, refresher, and review program development, with a focus on accessible, multilingual nursing education.
Her commitment extends beyond curriculum design — she believes in personal mentorship, emotional support, and structured guidance to help every nurse succeed.
Under her leadership, Atlantis Educational Center has grown from a single Florida-based program into a nationally trusted online nursing education center serving students across the United States and internationally.
